We are searching for an exceptional enterprise sales person to focus on our largest customers and opportunities. The successful candidate will understand their customers’ business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for using the Golf 4 Millions competition most effectively. They will gather customer feedback and requests while working with internal teams to help align our product roadmap. This role needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Golf 4 Millions is a nationwide Closest to the Pin competition. Golfers compete and Clubs benefit from increased revenue and community engagement. Participants can buy shots for $1 on any par 3, We provide a competition platform for the 16,000 golf courses in USA serving 26 million + golfers.
Like Tough Mudder or Ironman, (people participate for recognition and to post selfies)
We have a similar model, we provide courses the opportunity to participate in our 12 month competition (at no cost). Participants (golfers) can participate daily, weekly or annually when they play golf, participation cost is $1 on par 3 holes (4 per course) and golfers record their distance and can qualify weekly.
Clubs hold a shootout after labour day and send qualifiers to our regional events, regional winners advance to national final.
We provide members competitors and golf professionals numerous opportunities for recognition and reward (snapchat, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Facebook etc) (amateurs submit shot videos and ask their friends to vote, golf pros submit videos and ask their members and friends to vote) we provide prizes all year and cars and cash at the regional and national finals. We have a weekly Pro Tip of the week trip and a weekly amateur shot attempt of the week trip.
Car Dealers (16,000) can buy shots to sponsor mens day or ladies day for a season. (i.e., a dealer scan sponsor 100 men at a club for 20 weeks of mens day for $2000)
We provide clubs and members a variety of SaaS and Mobile tools in exchange for participation.
Work with and inspire our regional teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to our clients golf courses, clubs and car dealerships. and participating members, to educate them on their available competition and reward options and help them decide what best fit to grow their business and work in their environment.
You'll learn how to help our clients evaluate the market by analyzing options, and running competitions. Project manage and own the open competition and partnership experience for multiple courses and dealerships.
The successful applicant will be both creative and analytical. They’ll have hustle and be willing to execute a number of complicated projects simultaneously week in, week out. They’ll not only dream up and carry out the campaign that gets everyone talking, they’ll then analyse the data and work out how to do it better next time. The right person is self-driven, solves problems and is their own harshest critic. They thrive off a mix of adrenalin and hustle and are willing to work, and sacrifice weekends to get it done.
Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Foster new relationships for Golf 4 Millions through outbound efforts
Help educate customers on the value of Golf 4 Millions throughout the adoption cycle
Navigate key decision makers to build Golf 4 Millions awareness within organizations
Identify customer needs and collaborate with Golf 4 Millions teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup and engage.
Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers
Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, onboarding, and technical inquiries
Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team (Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
Manage, co-manage our regional events and competitions.
Project manage the regional / territory competition and support local club competitions.
Partner closely with other teams and fostering a smooth workflow, troubleshooting common issues, and building strong cross-team relationships
Share the Golf 4 Millions story and recruits clubs to participate in our competition

A club registers with Golf 4 Millions and its amateur patrons have the opportunity to purchase $1.00 shots
Experience working with Golf Professionals and Club General Managers
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
5 years of sales experience.
4 years of management experience.
Proven record of strategic development of a client base.
Outstanding presentation skills.
